Email Requirements

CreativeProWeek.com and Creative Publishing Network Inc. has a zero-tolerance spam policy. This means that all email recipients must have opted in to, or otherwise validly consented to, receiving communications from us.

Email messages sent in connection with CreativeProWeek.com and Creative Publishing Network Inc. will always contain an “unsubscribe” link that allows subscribers to remove themselves from your email messages.

We work hard (along with our mail services, MailChimp and Infusionsoft) to ensure that the email messages you receive in connection with our services do not generate a number of spam complaints or bounce rates in excess of industry standards.

Email Restrictions

Emails we send always have a valid reply-to email address that is owned or managed by either us or our mail providers (typically Mailchimp or Infusionsoft). Note that we only send emails to lists of people that have given us permission to email them.

We do not send unsolicited mail to newsgroups, message boards, distribution lists, or email addresses.

If you suspect that CreativeProWeek.com has been used by someone to send spam, please contact us immediately at info@cpn.co and we will investigate the matter.
