At-Home Passes
While we wish you could join us in Washington, D.C., you can still participate in the conference from wherever you are in the world. Your At-Home pass gives you access to all sessions and tutorials for the days you are signed up for as they take place live. Participate with other attendees in the live chat through each session. Plus, you’ll have one full year to rewatch session recordings from the days you attended.
Your At-Home Pass includes:

Discounts and Group Registrations
Students, faculty, non-profits and government agencies can receive a $100 discount off any multi-day pass. And groups of three or more from any organization can receive a $50 discount for each attendee they register. Group or association discounts cannot be added after registration. Please contact us on our Contact Page for additional details before registering.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your registration, you must do so in writing to events@creativepro.com no later than May 15. Cancellations before May 15 will be charged a cancellation fee of $200. Cancellations made after May 15, as well as attendees who fail to attend without prior notification, will be responsible for the full registration fee.
Substitutions
You may transfer your registration to another person by writing Marci on our Contact Us page. Your request must include your name and e-mail address as well as that of the person who will now be attending in your place. Once we receive this information, a confirmation letter will be sent to the new attendee.
