Hosts David Blatner and Anne-Marie Concepción will conduct a 5-10 minute informal interview over Skype or Zoom. Learn moreAvailable slots are on a first come, first serve basis. Interviews must be conducted before the 20th of each month to be included in the next release.
Opportunity to participate on a session sponsor panel at CreativePro Week (CPW)Hosted by David Blatner, one representative from your company may sit on a sponsor panel during this exciting session on Wednesday, June 3rd from 10:15-11:30. David will conduct 5-10 minute interviews with each panel guest. Sponsors will NOT be allowed to demo, but David will ensure each guest will get ample time to talk about whatever they wish. The goal of the session is to explain how each sponsor’s product or service fits into the CreativePro ecosystem.

The opportunity to present a breakfast demo from 8:15 to 8:45 am on one day during the conference (choice of day is “first come, first served”)One speaker from your company can present whatever they wish for 30 minutes in this special breakfast session. Typically, David Blatner will make an introduction and then hand off the session to your speaker. Attendees will take their breakfast from the dining room to the main hall. While we cannot guarantee how many people will attend the session, this session comes with some unique promotion exclusive to breakfast sessions, including:

• a special plug in the daily newsletter to attendees
• dedicated session signage (no other sessions have these!)
• session description included in online agenda
• speaker included on our speakers page with a bio.

Additional non-deadline items include:

  • Opportunity to submit three (3) non-commercial, educational blog posts to publish on CreativePro.com/InDesignSecrets.com (up to 700 words and 4 images).
  • One (1) non-commercial, educational YouTube video about their products/services. (For example, we will create a short training video that features their product in action.)
  • Opportunity to use official CreativePro Week Sponsor name, logo, and artwork in advertising, corporate communications, collateral, public relations, informational materials and online content until August, 2020.
  • Opportunity for interview (including screen demo) on one webinar or Facebook Live video on a CreativePro Network channel
  • Three (3) podcast sponsorships per year (in which they will be thanked and their products/services mentioned). Please provide 3-5 talking points, URL to point people to, and discount code if applicable. Hosts will talk about the brand in their own words.
  • Three (3) full-page ads in InDesign Magazine per year (including hyperlink to their site)
  • Four (4) YouTube video sponsorships per year. Includes a mention and logo in the video, plus an additional plug in the description with URL
  • Logo recognition on all CreativePro web site pages as a Premier Partner
  • Logo on CreativePro.com partner-recognition web page, including link and editorial communicating Partner’s commitment to the CP community
  • Two (2) dedicated email blasts to our full audience list (over 125,000 people; with prior approval)
  • Ten (10) ads per year in InDesignSecrets Tip of the Week newsletter
  • Ten (10) ads per year in CreativePro Weekly newsletter
  • Opportunity to include up to 2 questions in annual CreativePro Network survey
  • Per request: Opportunity to host a roundtable (either virtual or at CreativePro Week) with CPN audience or industry leaders to solicit industry insight or product/service feedback; CPN to identify invitees; partner responsible for associated costs (up to 2x/year).
