Conference Schedule
CreativePro Week consists of five days of conference sessions. You may attend the sessions for the days you register, with one year of on-demand access to rewatch session recordings whenever and wherever you want.
CreativePro Week 2026 will be held June 29–July 3, 2026 in vibrant Nashville, TN, at the JW Marriott.
Prefer to attend from home? You can still join us online with an At-Home Pass.
Breakfast & Lunches
In-Person passes include complimentary breakfasts and lunches for the days your pass covers.
Breakfast is from 8:00 – 9:30 a.m. are held daily in the Symphony Ballroom,
Lunch is from 12:15 – 1:30 p.m. in the Symphony Ballroom.
These meals offer a great opportunity to interact with fellow attendees, speakers, and solution providers.

Monday, June 29: DIY Pinback Buttons
Hosted by Mike Rankin
Kick off an amazing week of learning by creating unique wearable art. Use our button maker machine to quickly design and press your own 1.25″ pinback buttons. Choose from dozens of fun preprinted graphics, or design some one-of-a-kind ice-breaking flair for your lanyard.
Tuesday, June 30: Intro to Calligraphy
Hosted by Chris Converse
Unlock the elegance of calligraphic art. Join us for a hands-on introduction to calligraphy, where we’ll cover everything from proper pen grip to mastering foundational strokes and letterforms. This fun, interactive session, led by Chris Converse, will help you transform ink into art, leaving you with the skills to create your own stunning script.
Wednesday, July 1: Carve, Stamp, Repeat: Simple Pattern Play
Hosted by Laura Coyle
Join us for a morning of ink-redible fun! Carve your own rubber stamp and start creating bold, playful patterns right away. Use your stamp to build abstract designs and repeatable compositions. Keep things simple or layer multiple stamps for more complex results. This session will spark your creativity and give you the means to leave your mark—literally.
Thursday, July 2: A–Z Nashville: A Collaborative Lettering Experience
Hosted by Michael Mondragon
We’re making an artistic alphabet and you’re invited! Choose a letter and turn it into your own custom piece of art, drawing inspiration from Nashville’s music, signage, and local character. Then, add your piece to a shared A–Z installation displayed during the event. This session will spark your creativity, encourage collaboration, and celebrate your unique visual voice within a collective work.
Friday, July 3: Baubles and Things
Hosted by Khara Plicanic
Baubles galore! Join us to craft your own, one-of-a-kind pair of earrings, necklace, or keychain from flattened bottle caps and paper. Experiment with color, pattern, and texture as you transform everyday materials into wearable works of art. Whether you lean bold and graphic or quirky and eclectic, you’ll leave with a unique piece that captures your style and makes a great keepsake from the week.

Wrap up your first full day by stepping out of the conference and into the energy of downtown Nashville. Join Tony Harmer and Celeste Guidice for an evening photo walk through glowing neon and vibrant street scenes. Capture the character of the city as it comes alive after dark—reflections, motion, signage, and all.
Bring the camera you’re most comfortable with, wear your walking shoes, and come ready to explore. Whether you’re chasing light, experimenting with long exposures, or just enjoying the atmosphere, this is your chance to see Nashville at night, while connecting with fellow creatives along the way.

Bring the camera you’re most comfortable with, wear your walking shoes, and come ready to explore. Whether you’re focusing on composition, light, or simply seeing more intentionally, this is a great way to reset, recharge, and start your day with creativity.

Wednesday, July 1: InDesign Users Meet-up
7:30 pm – 9:00 pm, In-Person Only
Attention all InDesign users: Join us for a fun and educational evening of tips, tricks, and insights, open to all CreativePro Week attendees. Presenters include Alan Bell, David Blatner, Erica Gamet, Nigel French, and InDesign experts from around the world!
All attendees will be entered into a drawing for prizes (including some of David Blatner’s personal collection of books and design materials, extra CreativePro swag, and more).
Come network with your peers, learn some cool InDesign techniques, and get inspired at the InDesign Users Meet-up at CreativePro Week, hosted by InDesign User Group (open to all attendees).
