Allen Reitter Jr.

Allen Reitter Jr. is a Senior Product Manager on Microsoft’s PowerPoint team, where he focuses on Copilot-powered creation and collaboration features that empower people to tell their stories more visually and efficiently. A passionate advocate for inclusive design, Allen believes the teams building products must reflect the diversity of the people using them. He founded the BAM Innovation Conference, Microsoft’s first public event to celebrate and elevate Black technologists and their contributions. Allen holds dual B.S. degrees in Computer Information Systems and Marketing from Post University. A former college athlete and lifelong learner, he enjoys sports, reading, writing, and travel. He lives in San Jose, California, the capital of Silicon Valley, with his wife Sruthi and their 6-month-old son Arian.
