José J Semidei
José Javier Semidei has been working in the field of design since he was 17, where he worked full time as an Illustrator for the Department of Education at the Learning Laboratory Center in Yauco, Puerto Rico. He moved to Nashville in 1998 and has worked for various companies to include The J. Nissi Corporation, Swiftwick, Vertava Health and Big Visual Group. He has also worked for the Nashville Convention and Visitor’s Corporation wheer he helped brand Nashville as Music City and the promotion of such both Nationally and Internationally for seven years.
He is currently the Director of Graphic Design at the Tennessee Performing Arts Center in Nashville TN and an Adjunct Professor at the Nossi College of Arts and Design.
José has a strong passion for ‘meshing things up’ in Adobe Illustrator, as he enjoys calling it, all while testing the limits of his sanity with the drive to spread the joys of ‘making a mesh’ of things.
