Theresa Jackson

Theresa Jackson is an instructional designer at EOS Worldwide where she oversees training content for EOS Implementers (business coaches) and their clients. She also teaches Adobe Illustrator for MiraCosta Community college students. Outside of her employment, Theresa is a photography and graphic arts industry leader. She teaches workshops, speaks at conferences, and is a member of the Adobe Community Expert community. Theresa has multiple courses on LinkedIn Learning, including Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dimension and Capture.

Kim Converse

Kim is a partner at Codify Design Studio, located in the suburbs of Philadelphia. Specializing in design and code, Kim works with clients to achieve their communication goals through design and technology. She has worked in the graphic design industry for over 23 years. Kim was on the team to design and develop the first online web presence for both the University of Pennsylvania Health System and Independence Blue Cross. Since then she has worked in all types of media for many national and international brands, including Adobe Systems, Nova Nordisk, Cegedim, Johnson & Johnson, and the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

Currently, she and partner-husband, Chris Converse, design, develop and produce two weekly series for Lynda.com/LinkedIn Learning: CSS Shorts and Creating Web Media.

    Robin Schneider

    Robin Schneider is the Reigning Queen of Adobe for Fashion with 8 Illustrator and Photoshop for Fashion courses on Linked In Learning. She has trained designers at top companies including Juicy Couture and Liz Clayborne; and is the co-owner of Belden Schneider Studio, a Los Angeles based textile print design studio specializing in repeats, color reduction, and recoloring.

    Robin is currently teaching at UCLA, Otis College of Art and Design, and recording tutorials for her YouTube channel. Her Adobe for Fashion: Illustrator textbook is being used at fashion schools around the world and she is frantically hard at work on her Photoshop book and new courses for LinkedIn Learning.

    She has a dog named Sadie who doesn’t care about any of this and 3 cats that think Zooms should be all about them.

    After a successful twenty-two-year tenure with Sappi North America as the North America Print & Creative Manager, Daniel relaunched Dejan Associates for its second incarnation utilizing his decades of graphic design, printing, and marketing experience towards private clients.

    As an educator, designer, humanist, mentor and enthusiast of all things graphic arts, Daniel Dejan has been an evangelist for the power of paper and print for the span of his career.

    With more than 40 years of marketing, graphic design, production, print buying and on-press experience, Dejan is always ready to share his knowledge of the successful and effective marriage of print and paper.

    Daniel has embarked on a new business venture MarketWise Academy with partners and long-time collaborators Trish Witkowski, FoldFactory.com, and Vicki Strull, Vicki Strull Design, a master class in the art and science of next gen print + digital marketing focusing on how and when to leverage different forms of marketing media across the customer journey and learn the language and the data to justify decisions to the C-Suite.

    Justin Putney

    Justin Putney is a perpetual learning machine. He is the self-taught designer and programmer who runs Ajar Productions, a software company that helps designers and publishers reach a larger audience.

    Through his company, Justin brings developer tools and know-how to visual thinkers—helping his customers publish interactive HTML sites and apps using Adobe InDesign.

    Justin is a frequent speaker and has been an author with Lynda.com and Adobe Press. He’s an avid trail runner and likes to run bare-chested with those silly toe shoes (yes, even on rocks).

    Nellie McKesson

    Nellie McKesson likes solving problems. Based in Portland, Oregon, she currently spends her days trying to find technological or workflow solutions for the publishing industry, combining her past experience in print and digital book production and design with her knowledge of digital workflows and programming. She has meandered through various roles in the publishing industry, starting out in journal publishing, then tackling tech publishing and authoring platforms at O’Reilly Media (where she pioneered an HMTL/CSS-centric workflow), rethinking trade publishing tools and workflows at Macmillan, and now running a startup called Hederis where she’s building a Web- and AI-based platform for book publishing. Nellie went to school for philosophy, and plays the drums in an artsy metal band.

        Erica Gamet

        Erica Gamet has been involved in the graphics industry for over 35 years. She is a speaker, writer, trainer, and content creator focusing on Adobe InDesign, Apple Keynote, and varied production topics. She is a regular presenter at CreativePro Week, regular contributor to CreativePro Magazine, and has spoken at Canada’s ebookcraft, Adobe MAX, and Making Design in Oslo, Norway.         Sean Harrison

        Sean Harrison has been designing, implementing, and training people to use better publishing systems since 1999. These include systems to better integrate editorial and typesetting, print and digital production, ebook development, and content marketing. Sean has a special love and expertise for complex non-fiction, database-backed publishing projects, content-based web applications, and study Bibles. After Sean had served with Tyndale House Publishers for 18 years, he launched Black Earth Group in 2015 in order to help a wider variety of publishers and authors. Sean loves publishing, he loves the technologies of publishing, and he loves helping his colleagues learn to enjoy doing their work better.           Bert Monroy

          Bert Monroy is a pioneer of digital art. He is a hyper-realistic digital painter who builds his digital paintings as a traditional artist would, adding color and texture, but on a digital canvas. He is a veteran of the advertising industry and 40 years as a commercial illustrator. He coauthored the first book on Photoshop and has authored several books since. He was a regular on Tech TV for almost four years and hosted Pixel Perfect with Bert Monroy, a weekly Photoshop podcast for Revision3.com which aired for over three years.

          Bert until recently hosted a weekly podcast entitled Pixel Playground on LinkedIn Learning where he also has a vast library of tutorial videos. An accomplished teacher and lecturer, Bert has served on the faculties of the School of Visual Arts (New York), the Center for Creative Imaging (Maine), and California College of the Arts. He has been on the faculty of San Francisco State University for over twenty years. His client list includes Apple Computer, Adobe Systems, Pixar and Disney Animation. In 2004 Bert was inducted into the Photoshop Hall of Fame.
